Casa do Balcao Grande [Апартаменты]In an old 3 ha property, in the middle of the Serra da Estrela natural park, a charming house, equipped with a great deal of taste. A mountainous region in Portugal offering landscapes and remarkable flora and fauna. This house is right beside the property`s grounds, at the end of a quiet lane. On the property there is a chateau, 8 other cottages, an organic farm and a few animals (chicken and sheep). The property has a shared swimming pool and a tennis court. In addition, the property has against payment a games/relaxation room (billiards, table football, table tennis) and a workshop. Walks can be arranged on request in the nature reserve, as well as a visit to a sheep farm producing the famous Serra cheese or to the vineyards (with tasting which must be paid for). Produce can be purchased from the farm. Please note that the full amount of the reservation has to be paid before arrival. Belvilla will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property´s details, including address and where to collect the keys, are provided by email. - A fully refundable security deposit of 350 EUR will be required upon arrival for possible damages. - Kitchen linen and bath towels are not included in the room rate. Guests can bring their own. - Bath towels are included in the price when you rent a linen package. - A final cleaning is included in the price. - Bed linen is included in the price. - The electricity fee is included in the rental price. - It is possible to rent a cot for an additional cost of 5 EUR/night.
