An old 3 ha property that has been prettily equipped and offering plenty of privacy, located in the middle of the Serra da Estrela Natural Park, a mountainous region in Portugal.

The property has a shared swimming pool and a tennis court. In addition, the property has a shared games/relaxation room (billiards, table football, table tennis) against payment.

Walks can be arranged on request (and against payment) in the nature reserve, as well as a visit to a sheep farm producing the famous Serra cheese or to the vineyards (with tasting).

Breakfast and organic produce can be ordered from the farm.

Please note that the full amount of the reservation has to be paid before arrival. Belvilla will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property´s details, including address and where to collect the keys, are provided by email.

- A fully refundable security deposit of 250 EUR will be required upon arrival for possible damages.

- Kitchen linen and bath towels are not included in the room rate. Guests can bring their own.
- Bath towels are included in the price when you rent a linen package.

- Bed linen is included in the price.
- The electricity fee is included in the rental price.

- It is possible to rent a cot for an additional cost of 5 EUR/night.
