Casa da Lurdes [Апартаменты]The house is situated In the middle of the Serra da Estrela natural park backing up against a chateau. The garden (shared) and the property`s terraced grounds offer a variety of private corners. The property has a swimming pool, a tennis court, as well as a shared games/relaxation room (billiards, table football, table tennis) and a workshop. In addition to the chateau, there are 8 other cottages and an organic farm (sheep, chicken, fruit and vegetables). A mountainous region in Portugal offering landscapes and remarkable flora and fauna. Walks can be arranged on request in the nature reserve - as well as a visit to a sheep farm producing the famous Serra cheese or to the vineyards (with tasting which must be paid for). There is possibility to purchase organic products from the farm. Please note that the full amount of the reservation has to be paid before arrival. Belvilla will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property´s details, including address and where to collect the keys, are provided by email. - A fully refundable security deposit of 250 EUR will be required in cash upon arrival for possible damages. - Final cleaning is included in the final price. - Bed linen is included in the price. - Bath towels are included in a price when you rent a linen package. - Kitchen linen guest have to bring their own. - Electricity and water fees are included in the rental price.
