At the front of the property is a private terrace where you can have fun together and the master bedroom has a private terrace. During hot days the communal pool. which is directly next to the house. will provide the needed cooling. The holiday home is within walking distance of the center of Ciudad Quesada. Here are several restaurants. cafes. mini golf. bowling and bocce courts. In approximately 15 minutes by car. lies the resort of Torrevieja with its sandy beaches and charming boulevard. The sandy beaches of Guardamar are about 10 minutes away. The Costa Blanca is also ideal for the active holidays. There are various water sports facilities nearby and golf enthusiasts can enjoy the 18-hole golf course Campo de Golf La Marquesa and Las Ramblas Golf in Rojales. Within walking distance there is an aqua park which can be a fun and adventurous day out for the kids. The cities of Alicante and Elche. with a 5km long palm tree plantation. are definitely worth a visit as well.
