Recently renovated (2009) house with lake view over the eastern end of the Millstättersee. With 5 bedrooms spread over 200m2 and 3 floors this is a large. spacious property. The middle floor is the focus with the fully equipped open plan kitchen diner. living room and a terrace with super views out over the lake and resort town of Döbriach . Three bedrooms are on the top floor. with one each on the other 2 floors.Ideally placed not just for the excellent swimming in the lake. but also for hiking tours in the Mockberg and Tauern massifs. The southern. un-developed side of the lake is also ideal for bike tours.In winter you can be in the thermal spa resort of BKK in 15 minutes. Goldeck in 25 minutes or at the Mölltal glacier within an hour

A fully refundable security deposit of 150 EUR will be required upon arrival for possible damages.

Please note that the gas/oil fee of 5 EUR/night (May-Sep) is not included in the room rate and will be charged € 9/night.

Please note that kitchen linen and bath towels are not included in the room rate. Guests need to bring their own with.
