Detached luxury chalet in the middle of the village of Hohentauern (snow-sure elevation of 1300 metres) located on a sunny slope with an imposing panoramic view of the mountains. the ski lift and the village. The chalet is equipped with all conveniences and offers you plenty of options for a comfortable stay. In the winter. the ski lift is only 300 metres away from the chalet. and in the summer. the walking routes start right in front of the door. The chalet and environs offer you. your family and friends the enjoyment of an active and relaxed holiday at any time of year. The wood (indoors and out) lends the chalet a charming atmosphere. The chalet has 4 bedrooms. a wooden veranda and a large. light open living room. There are also many little extras. such as the rain shower. a washing machine with dryer. a skiboot dryer. the sound system. the open fireplace and a flat screen TV. All of these touches give this chalet that little bit extra. And of course there is a dishwasher and a microwave. It is a lovely unspoiled walking area in the summer. In the winter it is one of the best areas in Austria for cross country skiing. In the winter. Steiermark is transformed into the white heart of Austria with fantastic ski areas. In the summer it is known for its many lakes. spas and the impressive Hohe Tauern mountain range. With more than 200 days of sun per year. and guaranteed snow on the slopes. this is the perfect holiday environment for all seasons.

- A fully refundable security deposit of 300 EUR will be required upon arrival for possible damages.
