For those who would like to get away from the stress and want to spend an holiday in a quiet and sunny environment. court Oberau is an ideal choice. Oberau lies at an altitude of 900 m. in a beautiful area with a view at the Hochkönig. Niedernfritz is a village section of the 3 km. further situated Hüttau. The court offers. besides the child friendly farm house ( you can help there if you want ) of the owner. a great characteristic wooden chalet from 1749! This wooden authentic chalet is restored on the inside and offers accommodation to 4 persons. You have access to a terrace/ laying meadow with garden furniture and a barbeque. But also next to the house is a covered terrace with cosy wooden furniture where it is a nice stay. Lovely walks can be made directly from the bungalow and the children will amuse themselves nicely in the childrens playground with amongst others a trampoline and a table tennis table is available.

Please note that the full amount of the reservation has to be paid before arrival. Belvilla will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property´s details, including address and where to collect the keys, are provided by email.

- Bed linen is included in the rental rice.
- Please note that kitchen linen and bath towels are not included in the room rate. Guests must bring their own.
- Electricity, gas and oil fees are included in the rental price.
- You are allowed to bring max. 2 pet/dog with you for an additional cost of 2.20 EUR/Pet/night. Pets will only be accepted if communicated before arrival.
