This apartment is in a quiet area on the outskirts of the village of Gaimberg. The village is at an altitude of 850 metres. The apartment is on a south-facing slope above the town of Lienz. The views of the mountains and valleys are magnificent. The Lienz Dolomites are a walkers paradise. as is the Hohe Tauern National Park. Picturesque Lienz is only a few minutes away. There are seven comfortable apartments here. all south facing and each with a large balcony. The house has a swimming pool. a sunbathing area. a sauna in winter and a pleasant living room with a terrace. The apartment is ideally positioned for enjoyable walks and cycle trips in summer. The Zettersfeldbahn is just one kilometre away. You can enjoy skiing. snowboarding. tobogganing and snow-shoe walking there in winter.
