Chalet Hartl lies on the edge of the village of officially the sunniest village in Austria. Diex. The spacious property (117 m) is finished in wood to give a chalet feel. and is equipped with all modern comforts. It has 3 bedrooms spread over its 2 floors. and an infra-red sauna downstairs. There is a large. furnished breakfast sun terrace and downstairs a small sunbathing area (grass) with garden furniture and a few lounge chairs.

Please note that the full amount of the reservation has to be paid before arrival. Belvilla will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property´s details, including address and where to collect the keys, are provided by email.

- A fully refundable security deposit of 100 EUR will be required upon arrival for possible damages.

- Please note that the electricity fee of EUR 0.28/kWh is not included in the room rate.
