This recently renovated building is located on the sunny side of Brixen. and because the location is a bit above the village. you have a lovely view of the area. The compact (40 m2). new residence is located on the 2nd floor and has modern and charming furnishings. You have a breathtaking view of the surrounding mountains from the south facing balcony. If there is enough snow you can ski right from the door and right to the nearby slopes. where you can catch the gondola from the ski area of Brixen and Westendorf. The centre of Brixen is within walking distance. You won t need the car for the entire holiday! Please note that the full amount of the reservation has to be paid before arrival. Belvilla will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property´s details, including address and where to collect the keys, are provided by email. - Please note that kitchen linen and bath towels are not included in the room rate. Guests can bring their own. - Bed linen are included. - You are allowed to bring max. 1 pet/dog with you for an additional cost of 5 EUR/night.
