As the holiday home is directly located at the foot of the Gschwandkopfes mountain. it is an ideal starting base for walks in summer or langlauf in winter. The ski area Seefeld is easily accessible by car at approx. 2 km. or you can take the free ski bus which stops at only 150m from the holiday home. Attention: indoor swimmingpool closed from 30.03.-31.05. and 30.09.-15.12. Please note that the full amount of the reservation has to be paid before arrival. Belvilla will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property´s details, including address and where to collect the keys, are provided by email. - Bed, kitchen linen and bath towels are included in the rental price. - Electricity, gas and oil fees are included in the rental price. - You are allowed to bring max. 1 pet/dog with you for an additional cost of 4 EUR/night.
