The 150 m2 three-bedroom brick/stone holiday house is situated in Mosa Trajectum Golf Resort which was built in 2008. It offers a shared 60 m2 outdoor swimming pool with outdoor shower and a terrace with a view over the landscape. The apartment accommodates up to six guests.

The living room has a woodburning stove and TV. The kitchen is fully equipped including an electric cooker, refrigerator, cooker hood, freezer box (30 L), coffee brewer, microwave and dishwasher. A washing machine, tumble dryer, vacuum cleaner, air conditioning and electric heating are available.

Each bedroom has two single beds and both bathrooms have bathtubs. You can relax on either of the terraces or on the landscaped garden with sun loungers and barbeque facilities.

Parking space is available on the property. The golf course and a restaurant is within 500 m, the nearest city Murcia is about 13.0 km away, the airport and the sandy beach are approximately 25.0 km from the property. You can find the shops at about 1.0 km.
