La Torre Golf Resort 11 [Апартаменты]This townhouse is very near to the entrance of this gated resort. It is a very short walk to the supermarket and only five minutes to the Town Centre with all it’s restaurants and bars. There are three community swimming pools a short walk away with play areas for children and a child’s pool all nearby. It is furnished with airy rooms and a feeling of space. The upstairs bedroom is en suite with a shower cubicle and king size bed. It also leads on to its own terrace with garden furniture and views over the golf course and surrounding countryside.The other bedroom is on the ground floor and has two twin beds and a bathroom next door with a bath and shower over. The lounge leads on to a patio which has a well established hedge and is a place for outdoor dining. Please note that the full amount of the reservation has to be paid before arrival. Novasol will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property´s details, including address and where to collect the keys, are provided by email. - A fully refundable security deposit of 200 EUR will be required upon arrival for possible damages. - Please note that bed linen and bath towels are not included in the room rate. Guests can rent them at the property for an additional cost of 10 EUR per person or bring their own. - Please note that the stated cleaning fee is the highest possible amount and may be lower.
