Supermarket 700 m, restaurant 600 m, sandy beach "La Rubina" 3 km. Golf course 4 km, tennis 100 m, riding stables 2 km. Nearby attractions: Túnel del viento 300 m. Parque Aquatico Roses 10 km, Casino y festival de Perelada 12 km, Museo Dalí Figueres 15 km, Ruïnes de Sant Martí de Empuries 21 km. Aerodrome for those interested in parachuting nearby.

The prepayment as stated in the Policies will be charged to the customers` credit card by Interhome. After full payment is taken, the invoice and general conditions are sent by Interhome via email.

The property`s details, including address and where to collect the keys, are provided to customers by email one month prior to arrival. For customers traveling within the next 28 days, the email is sent instantly after full payment.

- A fully refundable security deposit of 200 EUR will be required upon arrival for possible damages.

- Please note that a final cleaning fee of 26 EUR per person is not included in the price

- Bed, linen and towels are not included in the price. Guests can bring their own.
