This is a three bedrooms apartment 70 m2 on 1st floor, large, family friendly, modern apartment block "Cabo Mar", 5 storeys. In the resort 500 m from the centre of El Campello, in a central, quiet, sunny position, 20 m from the sea, 500 m from the beach.

In the living/dining room there is a satellite-TV and electric heater.

In the kitchen you will find a oven, ceramic glass hob, micro wave, freezer, electric coffee machine.

There is a terrace with terrace furniture and a very nice panoramic view of the sea and the garden.

As facilities there is a washing machine and a reserved parking space , there is also a sauna in the complex (extra) and a fitness center.

For shared use with the resort there is grounds (fenced), nice garden with lawn and plants, swimming pool fenced (01.01.-31.12.) with built-in steps. Shower/WC in the pool area, paddling pool, outside shower, tennis, children`s playground.

The parking is in the grounds. Supermarket 500 m, bar 100 m, bus stop "Campello" 100 m, railway station "Campello" 500 m, sandy beach 600 m, shingle beach 50 m. Golf course (18 hole) 10 km. Nearby attractions: Aqualandia Benidorm 30 km, Alicante 20 km, Terra Mitica Banidorm 30 km.

The keys‘ handover takes place by the agency Interhome in Benidorm, 37 km.

The prepayment as stated in the Policies will be charged to the customers` credit card by Interhome. After full payment is taken, the invoice and general conditions are sent by Interhome via email.

The property`s details, including address and where to collect the keys, are provided to customers by email one month prior to arrival. For customers traveling within the next 28 days, the email is sent instantly after full payment.
