There are 3 bedrooms: On the upper floor there are 2 rooms, each room with 2 beds. The bedroom in the 2nd upper floor is accessible through the outdoor stairs and has 2 beds. The living/dining room on the ground floor has a open fireplace and satellite-TV. On the ground floor there is an exit to the terrace, to the swimming pool. The open kitchen is equipped with an oven, dishwasher and a freezer. The house also has another living room on the 2nd floor which is accessible through the outdoor stairs. There is a shop 1 km away and a supermarket within 5 km, a restaurant is located 1 km away and a sandy beach can be found at 20 km. Located at the foot of the Montgó Natural Park in front of the Mediterranean Sea. A large shopping centre "Portal de la Marina" in Ondara (8 km from Denia). The castle over the city has panoramic views. You can find the archeological and Etnological museums. Many religious and popular festivals. It is possible to take trips on the ferry to Ibiza (only 3 hours). There is a small tourist train "Limon Express" which goes from Denia-Benidorm-Alicante. Well linked town, 90 km north east of Alicante, 100 km south east of Valencia. There is easy access via highway and there is a train station in the town. The prepayment as stated in the Policies will be charged to the customers` credit card by Interhome. After full payment is taken, the invoice and general conditions are sent by Interhome via email. The property`s details, including address and where to collect the keys, are provided to customers by email one month prior to arrival. For customers traveling within the next 28 days, the email is sent instantly after full payment. - A fully refundable security deposit of 200 EUR will be required upon arrival for possible damages. -Please note that the compulsory service charges (regarding an initial laundry supply of bed linen and towels and the final cleaning) of 41 EUR per person are not included in the rate.
