Kitchen is equiped with four hotplates, oven, dishwasher, ceramic glass hob and freezer. House also has a toilet with shower.

General facilities include heating, a small balcony 2 m2 and washing machine. The building has elevator.

Shops and supermarket are 50 metres away. A restaurant and bakers 200 m, bus stop 100 m, railway station "Atocha" 2 km, underground station "Embajadores Línea 3" 300 m. Del Museo Reina Sofía and Del Prado are both within a distance of fifteen minutes drive.
