The Finca Empedrola is a 6 room house on 2 levels located 4 km from the centre of Calpe and 4 km from the sea. There is a nice view of the sea and a garden with a swimming pool (5 x 10 m, 01.01. and 31.12.). The house has a terrace, garden furniture and barbecue facilities.

There are 4 bedrooms: 1 double bedroom, 2 rooms, each room with 1 french bed and 1 double bedroom with bath/WC. The house has 2 living/dining rooms, one with 75 m2 with open fireplace and the second living room with open fireplace, TV and radio. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, dishwasher and micro wave.

There is a shop within 3 km, a restaurant at 800 m, a sandy beach at 4 km. The sports harbour is located at 5.5 km distance. Nearby attractions: Aqualandia, Mundomar, Terra Mítica, Terra Natura, y Benidorm Palace (Benidorm).

In the resort there is a shopping centre, supermarket, shops, grocers, butchers, bakers, boutiques, post office, bank, restaurant, bar, disco, folklore evenings, concerts, evening entertainment, museum, cinema, attractions. Indoor pool, wellness centre, fitness centre, sauna.

In the nearby area you will also find activities such as diving, sailing and surfing, a golf club 12 km. The symbol of the area, the "Penon de Ifach" is behind the fishing harbour. There is a market on Saturdays and flea market on Wednesdays.
Its famous saints fiestas at the beginning of August and its "Moros y Cristianos" fiesta at the end of October.
