Apartment Port Sitges is a four-room terraced house 150 m2 on 3 levels located 20 m from the sea

It has a living/dining room with open fireplace, dining table and satellite-flat screen TV), stereo unit, DVD and air-conditioning. Exit to the terrace. Kitchen (2 hotplates, oven, dishwasher, ceramic glass hob, micro wave) with dining table. Underfloor heating. On the lower ground floor: 1 room with 1 french bed (180 cm, length 200 cm), shower/WC. Office with 1 sofa bed (130 cm, length 180 cm), air-conditioning. 1 room, without window with 1 pull-out bed (2 x 110 cm, length 180 cm), bath/WC and fan. Terrace 12 m2, terrace. Terrace furniture. View of the port.

Facilities include washing machine, clothes dryer and Internet access (DSL/LAN), and private terrace with garden furniture. The study room including sofa bed and the double room are separated through a curtain. The two rooms have the same exit (via the bedroom) and a shared bathroom. For shared use guests have a swimming pool angular (01.04.-10.10.). In the complex there is a burglar alarm. Public parking is possible on the road.

Restaurant and bar are 600 m away, sandy beach 1 km, bathing bay 300 m. Golf course 3 km, tennis 3 km. Nearby attractions: Cunit 20 km, Barcelona 40 km.

The prepayment as stated in the Policies will be charged to the customers` credit card by Interhome. After full payment is taken, the invoice and general conditions are sent by Interhome via email.

The property`s details, including address and where to collect the keys, are provided to customers by email one month prior to arrival. For customers traveling within the next 28 days, the email is sent instantly after full payment.

A fully refundable security deposit of 300 EUR will be required upon arrival for possible damages.
