Beautiful holiday home in the Tuscan countryside. not far from the sea.Surrounded by nature and forests of oak and pine trees. is decorated in typical Tuscan style.The house. divided into 4 apartments is completely restored respecting the original architecture. The apartments can be connected (on request).The pool is situated in a sunny spot. overlooking the hills of Sassetta. The pool is normally open from 20 May to 20 September every year. sooner if the temperature permits.Ideal for a relaxing holiday in nature and also for reaching the sea and beaches (18km).Upon request (price to be agreed with the owner):- Cooking lessons with Tuscan dishes- Daily cleaning.This holiday apartment is located on the ground floor. From this holiday accommodation you can access the large common room (160 m2) through internal door.

Please note that the full amount of the reservation has to be paid before arrival. Belvilla will send a confirmation with detailed payment information.

After full payment is taken, the property´s details, including address and where to collect the keys, are provided by email.

-A fully refundable security deposit of EUR 300 will be required upon arrival for possible damages.
-Final cleaning is included in the rental price.

-Please note that bed linen and bath towels are not included in the room rate. Guests can rent them at the property or bring their own.
-Bed linen package for rent: EUR 10 per person per stay.
-Bath towels are included when you rent a bed linen package.
-Kitchen towels are included in the rental price.

-Electricity fee is EUR 8 per night.
-Gas/oil fee is EUR 9 per night.
-Water fee is EUR 8 per night.

-Max 1 pet allowed, free of charge (pets will only be accepted if communicated before arrival).
