Only a few metres away from the shopping centre with diverse shops. banks. doctor and restaurants. There is a communal swimming pool at the complex. The surrounding is excellent for diverse outdoor sport activities. a variety of water sports and cultural trips to e.g. Rosas. Figueres and Gerona. Landing stage available on request. Please note that the full amount of the reservation has to be paid before arrival. Belvilla will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property´s details, including address and where to collect the keys, are provided by email. -A fully refundable security deposit of 250 EUR will be required upon arrival for damages. -Please note that bed linen and bath towels are not included in the room rate. Guests can rent them at the property or bring their own. -Bed linen are available for an additional cost of 15 EUR p.p./change. -Towels are available for an additional cost of 7 EUR p.p. / change. -Kitchen linen are not included in the rental price and guest should bring their own. -Please note that heating is available at an extra cost of 12 EUR / night. -Please note that air-conditioning is available at an extra cost of 12 EUR / night.
