From the living room you walk right onto the balcony. where you have a beautiful view of the golf course.The golf resort is only 20 minutes drive from the beach and includes a 9 hole golf course. a clubhouse. tennis courts. a bowling alley and various outdoor swimming pools which you can use for free. There is also a supermarket and various other shops.There is a large salt water lake. Mar Menor. near the penthouse. where you can participate in various water sports activities. Visit the authentic town of Murcia (25 km) or stroll along the boulevard of San Javier or San Pedro del Pinatar (20 km) with its various restaurants and terraces.

Please note that the full amount of the reservation has to be paid before arrival. Belvilla will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property´s details, including address and where to collect the keys, are provided by email.

-A fully refundable security deposit of EUR 200 will be required upon arrival for damages.

-Bed and bath linen are included in the rental price.
