This detached villa with private swimming pool of 8 x 4 m is situated in Pego, in a closed residential area on the Costa Blanca. The villa is sunny located on the mountain of Monte Pego and has several terraces with view of the sea, mountain or garden of 10 hectares. At 10 km from the villa you will find the sandy beach of Oliva and 10km Ondara, with a shopping center with many shops and restaurants.

On the ground floor of the villa there is a kitchenette with a washing machine and a double bedroom and a bathroom equipped with a shower and toilet. On the first floor you will find the kitchen with an oven, micro wave and a dishwasher. It is also provided with central heating and air conditioning, just as in the living and dining room with a TV. In one of the bathrooms you can find a safety deposit box. You are allowed to bring max. 1 pet/dog with you.

Please note that the full amount of the reservation has to be paid before arrival. Belvilla will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property´s details, including address and where to collect the keys, are provided by email.

- A fully refundable security deposit of 400 EUR will be required upon arrival for possible damages.
- Electricity, gas and oil fees are included in the rental price.

- Please note that bed-, kitchen linen and bath towels are not included in the room rate. Guests can rent them at the property or bring their own.
- Bed linen are per packet available for an additional cost of 8 EUR p.p./stay.
- Kitchen linen and bath towels are included in the price when you rent a linen package.
