The Ridderhof is a beautiful and recently restored noble farmhouse situated just outside a little village in the hilly area of South Bohemia. The terrain of the Ridderhof covers about 6000m and is enclosed by the main building, an old shed and stable, an old wall and a fence.

The courtyard consists of a lawn with some ancient trees. There is a nice swimming pool (4 x 8m). A part of the Ridderhof is set up as a holiday home (300m), while another part forms the recreation room "De Ridderzaal". It is a large space of 10x20m that can be directly reached from the holiday home. The recreation room is not heated.

From the Ritterhof, you can enjoy a beautiful view over the valley of the river Luznice. The region offers endless options for cycling, swimming, fishing, hiking, canoeing and excursions by car. In the area, you can visit the beautiful towns of Krumlov, Ceské Budejovice and Tabor and the castles of Orlik, Hluboka and Zvikov. The skiing areas are about an hour`s drive away.

Please note that the full amount of the reservation has to be paid before arrival. Belvilla will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property´s details, including address and where to collect the keys, are provided by email.
-A fully refundable security deposit of 3.787 CZK will be required upon arrival for damages, returned max. 14 days later.
-Bed linen, bath towels and kitchen linen are not included in the rental price. Guests must bring their own.
Please also note that:
-the electricity fee is not included in the apartment rate and will be charged according to consumption on departure (cost:May - Sep: 101 CZK /night; Oct - Apr: 252 CZK/night ).
-the tourist tax is not included in the apartment rate (cost: 13 CZK /person/night).
-wood is available for an additional cost of 379 CZK/stay.
