Based in L1 district, at the heart of Liverpool city centre, Epic Serviced Apartments offer luxury, elegant apartments with free Wi-Fi and direct access to shops and restaurants.

Each apartment is uniquely decorated and each has a modern kitchen with a stylish breakfast/dining area. Linen and towels are included and other amenities include a hairdryer, ironing facilities and a PlayStation 3 with 2 wireless controllers.

Albert Dock is a 10-minute walk from Epic Serviced Apartments and the Anfield Stadium can be found a 20-minute drive away.

Cash and cheques will not be accepted on arrival. The property only accepts payment by card.

Soon after booking, guests will receive an e-mail from Epic Serviced Apartments regarding their `Meet and Greet` service, as there is no reception located at this property. Guests will be asked to provide an estimated time of arrival, so arrangements can be made for check-in. This email also contains important information about the apartments, including directions and parking facilities.

A security deposit between GBP 150 and GBP 500 per apartment will be taken upon check-in at the discretion of Epic Serviced Apartments to cover additional charges, including breakages, damages, extra cleaning and further accommodation charges incurred during your stay.

Bookings will not be accepted if the lead booker is under 21 years of age. Proof of identification and date of birth may be requested on arrival.

Check-in after 18:00 can be arranged at an additional cost. Early arrival or late departure can be requested for an additional but cannot be guaranteed until the day prior to arrival.
