House Löwenzahn lies in the village of Oberegg which is part of the parish of Unteregg. The house is peacefully situated on the outskirts of the village set in 3500 m2 ground. The good standard property (85 m2) is located on the first floor. The decor is romantic and the property has a fireplace. On warmer days you can enjoy the sunshine on the balcony. Children can play to their hearts content in the grounds with play equipment surruonding the house. This property is suitable for a maximum of 6 adults and 2 children up to the age of 12 years old.

Please note that the full amount of the reservation has to be paid before arrival. Belvilla will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property´s details, including address and where to collect the keys, are provided by email.
-A fully refundable security deposit of 100 EUR will be required upon arrival for damages, returned max. 14 days later.
-Bed linen, are included in the rental price.

-kitchen linen are not included in the rental price. Guests can bring their own.
-bath towels are not included in the room rate. Guests can rent them at the property (cost: 5 EUR per person/Stay).
-the gas and oil fee is not included in the apartment rate and will be charged according to consumption on departure (May - Sep: Included; Oct - Apr: costs 7 EUR/night).
-the use of swimming pool costs 40 EUR/stay.
-wood is available free of charge.
