Torrevieja lies 60 km. south of Alicante. The urbanization Playa Flamenca. which lies approx. 1 km. from the sea and beach is situated directly under Torrevieja. There are three identical luxurious villa?s ES-03189-05 (El Jaro A). ES-03189-34 (El Jaro B) and ES-03189-35 (El Jaro C). each of approx. 150 m large. in this urbanization. The garden is approx. 27 m and the properties are situated in such a way that it provides for enough privacy. It is wonderful to be in this beautiful arranged garden with a communal swimming pool and a sauna. which will only be used by the occupants of these villa?s. Suitable for multiple families with which your own privacy still remains guaranteed. In the surroundings you will find. in a radius of 10 km.. several possibilities to play golf. Each villa has its own terrace with garden furniture and a barbeque. The top bedroom with bathroom is reachable through a stairs on the outside. You can park your car on the private parcel.Characteristics:The villa s are not to be rented by groups of young people between the age of 18 and 23 years! We also kindly ask you not to smoke in the bedrooms.

Please note that the full amount of the reservation has to be paid before arrival. Belvilla will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property´s details, including address and where to collect the keys, are provided by email.

A fully refundable security deposit of EUR 250 will be required upon arrival for damages.

Please note that bed linen and towels are not included in the room rate. Guests are required to rent them at the property, at an extra cost of EUR 40 per stay.

Please note that the electricity fee is not included in the apartment rate and will have a cost of EUR 5 per night.
