Chalet Durbuy XL is in the splendid Durbuy country. The chalet was built in 2009. It is just a few kilometres from two golf courses and various other outdoor activities. This beautiful new chalet is in grounds of 2.000 m2 and has a number of sun terraces. The house is full of natural light. It enjoys many panoramic views of the hilly Ardennes landscape. The house is equipped with all modern luxuries. You can enjoy the sauna or just relax on the comfortable sofa in the attractive living room with its wood burning stove. You can prepare superb meals in the large designer kitchen. Seven of the eight rooms have their own toilet. shower and/or bath. There is plenty of privacy even for the largest group. The house has fitness equipment and there are games such as table football and an X-box classic. Chalet Durbuy XL is the ideal accommodation for families. companies or groups who enjoy the luxury of a hotel but want a more personal. intimate atmosphere.

Please note that the full amount of the reservation has to be paid before arrival. Belvilla will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property´s details, including address and where to collect the keys, are provided by email.
-A fully refundable security deposit of 800 EUR will be required upon arrival for damages.

-Please note that bed- and kitchen linen are not included in the room rate. Guests can rent them at the property or bring their own.
-Bed linen are required to rent and available for an additional cost of 145 EUR/stay.
-Bath towels are included in the rental price.

-Please note that the electricity fee of 26 EUR/night is not included in the room rate.
-Please note that the gas/oil fee of 35 EUR/night (Apr-Sep) or 50 EUR/night (Oct-Mar) is not included in the room rate.
-Please note that the water fee of 8 EUR/night is not included in the room rate.
