On the lower floor you can find the other bedrooms. a games room with table tennis (direct access to the terrace) and bathroom with sauna. The decor is simple but classic and neat. The environment is peaceful. it is a place that is very well suited for family holidays. The house itself is a family house which is perfect for grandparents. parents and children reunion.The town of Malmedy is 15 kilometers away. Please note that the full amount of the reservation has to be paid before arrival. Belvilla will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property´s details, including address and where to collect the keys, are provided by email. -A fully refundable security deposit of 250 EUR will be required upon arrival for damages. -Please note that bed linen and towels are not included in the room rate.
