With a total surface area of 220 m2 distributed over 3 floors there is plenty of space for up to 14 persons where you can relax and enjoy your well earned holiday. You have a spacious, charming and atmospheric living room with an open fireplace, a dining and play nook for 10 persons and a large terrace. The large royal kitchen equipped with all modern equipment also has a dining area for approx. 10 persons. You have 5 bedrooms at your disposal, of which 1 is set up as the master bedroom, they nearly all have their own bathroom and some have their own balcony. As an extra you have your own wellness area with sauna and hot tub, and for an optimal holiday feeling, you have your own swimming pool with jacuzzi. Your chalet has four covered parking spots, its own garden and a large terrace. The location is central both in the summer and in the winter. Piesendorf-Walchen has its own ski slope, the Nagelköpfel, but you can be in Zell am See and Kaprun very quickly as they are only 6 km away.

CAUTION:
The swimming pool and the jacuzzi is only open when the weather permits. Because the system can not be used at low temperatures. If use is not possible, according to the management, you will spot a refund of € 200 (pool) or / and € 315 (Jacuzzi)

Please note that the full amount of the reservation has to be paid before arrival. Belvilla will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property´s details, including address and where to collect the keys, are provided by email.

-A fully refundable security deposit of 1000 EUR will be required upon arrival for damages. This amount is to be returned in a maximum
period of 14 days and must be paid in cash.

-Please note that a final cleaning and mandatory fee of 388 EUR is not included in the price.

-kitchen linen and bath towels are included in the rental price.

-Please note that bed linen are not included in the room rate. Guests are required to rent them at the property for 20 EUR per person per change.
