The wooden chalet was built in 2010 and equipped with all of the luxuries you can imagine. including your own Finnish sauna. whirlpool and luxurious shower with steam cabin! The chalet is south facing so that you have sun all day long. From the living room and the various terraces you have a view of the beautiful mountains. ski lift and the village. In the winter. Steiermark is transformed into the white heart of Austria with fantastic ski areas. In the summer it is known for its many lakes. spas and the impressive Hohe Tauern mountain range. With more than 200 days of sun per year. and guaranteed snow on the slopes. this is the perfect holiday environment for all seasons. Because the area around the chalet is still under construction. there may be some building noise in the summer. Please note that the full amount of the reservation has to be paid before arrival. Belvilla will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property´s details, including address and where to collect the keys, are provided by email. -A fully refundable security deposit of 300 EUR will be required upon arrival for damages. -Please note that bed linen and towels are not included in the room rate.
