The mountain hut has been fully constructed of wood and is charming and contemporary. and you can enjoy a drink or a snack at the owners place (usually only open during the day). Youll have the 1st floor of this holiday home all to yourself. so plenty of privacy. The spacious living room with luxurious open kitchen provides direct access to the spacious balcony. You have 3 bedrooms and 3 modern bathrooms. You can enjoy the surroundings from the terrace or balcony. and the kids can play on the play equipment or in the spacious meadow.Grammlergut is located directly on the walking and cycling routes (summer and winter) of Maria Alm at an elevation of 1120 metres. Accessible by car via a 2 km long mountain road. and you may need snow chains in the winter. On foot you can take the lift from the village. and reach your accommodation from the top station in about 20 minutes. You can ski and sled in the area. and you have the choice of reaching the areas on foot or with the car. In short. a very special and multi-faceted location for your holiday!
