The Kraus Country House is in a splendid area. It is in the centre of the pleasant village of Brixen im Thale. The position is perfect. The ski-bus will take you to the gondola lift in two minutes. The lift connects with the largest ski-area in Austria. The village`s many charming little restaurants and shops are all on the doorstep. You can forget your car for the whole holiday. This luxury penthouse was built in 2007. The result is superb. This new, modern holiday home has a large living room and plenty of natural light. For those who appreciate luxury, privacy and perfect positioning, this is the ultimate holiday destination.

Please note that the full amount of the reservation has to be paid before arrival. Belvilla will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property´s details, including address and where to collect the keys, are provided by email.
-A fully refundable security deposit of 100 EUR will be required upon arrival for damages.
