Set in the lovely village of Exminster, this charming bed and breakfast is ideally situated just 4 miles from the bustling city of Exeter, with its lovely Cathedral and new shopping centre.

The Stowey Arms has recently added 4 beautiful bed and breakfast rooms for business users and holiday makers alike. Each one has been furnished to a very high standard and offers all the comforts of home.

Also a warm and relaxing pub in which to dine, each evening you can enjoy a selection of home cooked meals, made with locally sourced, where possible, and prepared to order.

Breakfast is served from 08:00 until 09:30.
Lunch is served from 12:00 until 14:00.
Dinner is served from 18:00 until 21:00.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All older children or adults are charged GBP 10.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.
Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 2.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
City/tourist tax is included.

Internet: Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.

Meal Plan: Full English breakfast is included in the room rate.
Continental breakfast is not included and costs GBP 5.00 per person.

Parking: Free public parking is possible on site.

Pets: Pets are allowed on request. No extra charges.

The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.

The hotel regrets that it cannot offer check-in services between 14:30 and 17:30.
