Austwick and the Yorkshire Dales National Park offer some dramatic scenery, with spectacular walks running literally from the hotels doorstep. Also in the immediate locality is some of the most dramatic limestone scenery in Europe, including the Ingleborough Cave, with its dazzling stalactites and stalagmites.
