(7-minute drive) 2) Or take urban locomotion on Borgoño avenue and get off at the pedestrian street at Bahamas beach, where you have to climb a short flight of stairs and then 1 block to the right. (The urban locomotion ticket costs $350 chileans per person, or about half a dollar). 10-minute ride. From Viña del Mar terminal: (2 options) 1) Walk 3 blocks to Viña del Mar square and take the urban locomotion "Concón-Ositos" (numbers 602 - 605 - 608 or 609). This urban locomotion travels along the coast from Viña del Mar to the north (Reñaca). Once you reach Reñaca, you should turn in the corner where you see a “McDonalds”, turn up heading towards Concón. Once you’re up in Concón, you should reach the Camino del Alto Street or Edmundo Eluchans avenue (the Street changes its name). Walk until you`ve passed 5 streetlights, and where you see a restaurant called “Oasis” and a coffee shop called “Rafaello”, turn left and walk 4 more blocks on Scipion Borgoño Street until you reach Cabañas Alicia. 2) The second option is to take a taxi directly from the Viña del Mar terminal to Cabañas Alicia. Generally the value of that ride (Viña del Mar - Concón) is $ 8,000 chileans. By car from Santiago: From Santiago go on the Route 68. Viña del Mar is 120 km away and then 14 km more to Concón up the coastal route. Another option is going through Via Las Palmas and from there directly to Concón, bypassing Viña del Mar. (1 and a half to 2 hours away by car) By car from Mendoza: From Mendoza you should take the International Route 60, passing through Los Andes, San Felipe and Llay Llay, where you can access 5 North Road and then back to Route 60, in Hijuelas, continuing until Concón to finally take the coastal road. With GPS: If you travel with GPS, you must search for the intersection of streets Magdalena Paz and Elenas or Vergara.
