The Royal Mayan ****

Featuring accommodation with terraces and views of the Caribbean Sea, The Royal Mayan is set on the beach in Cancún’s Hotel Zone. It has a picturesque setting between the Caribbean Sea and Nichupté Lagoon.

Each air-conditioned room and suite has bright décor and tiled flooring. All accommodation at the Mayan has cable TV and a DVD player. Suites also come with a kitchen and a dining and seating area.

La Palapa Restaurant serves Mexican and Caribbean dishes, while à la carte French and Italian options are available in El Conquistador. Simple meals and pizzas are on offer in Trade Winds Express and Bartolo’s.

Guests can make use of the facilities at the neighbouring sister resorts. These include a gift shop, beauty salon, supermarket and gym, as well as a coffee shop and lobby bar. A free shuttle service connects the sister resorts.

The Royal Mayan offers tennis courts and a marina on the nearby lagoon, where you can enjoy sailing and kayaking. San Miguelito Archaelogical Site and the Cancún Maya Museum are located in front of the hotel.

Please note that guests staying on a Saturday night may need to change rooms. The hotel will work to avoid this scenario, but when necessary, management will work directly with guests to streamline this process.

One registered guest in each villa must be at least 25 years of age and willing to accept responsibility for the actions of all villa occupants.
