Residenza Viramonte [Apartments]

Set on a hillside, 150 metres above Lake Maggiore, Residenza Viramonte enjoys an idyllic location. It features an outdoor pool, a spacious garden and free wired internet in the lobby.

All apartments have a balcony or a terrace which overlooks the lake and a private bathroom. Satellite TV and a fully equipped kitchenette with kitchenware, a dining area and a tea/coffee maker are provided.

Guests of the Residenza can relax in the beautiful garden. A children’s playground and a ping-pong table can be found there. Barbecue facilities are also at guests’ disposal.

Viramonte Residenza is one km from the centre of Vira village. Each apartment has a reserved parking space.

Please note that a mandatory final cleaning fee of CHF 70 to 90 is applicable depending on the length of the stay and number of guests. The final cleaning fee is not included in the room rate and is payable directly at the guest house.
