Hotel Maria **Hotel Maria is situated in a quiet residential street, yet only 5 minutes walk from the port and the town of Skala with all its wonderful shops, and restaurants. The warm, family run hotel is 100 metres from the sea and less than a kilometre from the holly cave of Apocalypse. It features a pretty courtyard garden with private parking. Each room at Hotel Maria is air-conditioned and includes a mini-fridge, telephone and TV. Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified later, 30 percent of all nights will be charged. In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot. One children from 2 to 10 years stays free of charge in an extra bed. One older child or adult is charged 20 % of the room stay per night in an extra bed. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged. VAT and city/tourist taxes: 8.00 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable. City/tourist tax is not applicable. Internet: Wi-fi is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.
