Each of Prema’s bright, spacious bungalows is outfitted with rustic furnishings and large picture windows. A separate seating area and outdoor private patio can be found in all bungalows.

Guests can relax in the hotel garden or borrow a book from the on site library. Bungalows Prema’s tour desk is available to arrange excursions or car rental.

Lago Nahuel Huapi and its Patagonian mountain views are 3 blocks away from the hotel. The Catedral Ski Resort can be reached in a 15-minute drive away.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, 12 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 8 days before date of arrival, 37 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 60 percent of all nights will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
Up to two children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 2.

Deposit Policy: 30 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable.
