LAN access and parking are available free of charge. Some apartments have a balcony. A bus stop is only 20 metres away from Haus Riepler. In winter the ski bus to the ski areas of the Gastein Valley operates free of charge. Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 21 days before date of arrival, 40 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, 60 percent of the first night will be charged. If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 80 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 5 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. All older children or adults stay free of charge for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. Deposit Policy: A fixed amount of EUR 150 per room will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. VAT and city/tourist taxes: 10.00 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable. EUR 2.00 city/tourist tax per person older than 14 years per night is not included. Internet: Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge. Meal Plan: Breakfast costs EUR 4.50 per person per night. Parking: Free private parking is possible on site. Pets: Pets are allowed. No extra charges. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival. There is a mandatory final cleaning fee of EUR 25 (apartment for 2 adults) and EUR 40 (apartment for 4 adults).
