Weir View House Guest Accommodation ****Weir View House overlooks the River Thames and is situated in the picturesque village of Pangbourne, Berkshire. Just 15 minutes from Reading, 45 minutes from Heathrow and within a few minutes walk from Pangbourne Station. Weir View is ideally placed to offer outstanding luxurious accommodation at extremely affordable prices. This 9 bedroom luxury bed & continental breakfast Guest Accommodation features 6 large executive suites, most of which have King Size 4 Poster or Sleigh beds, and 3 standard double bedrooms, all with stunning contemporary en suite bath/shower rooms. Saturday & Sunday mornings when the House is not busy, our guests are encouraged to sleep in and enjoy breakfast in the comfort of their rooms. Breakfast is then arranged in your room the night before. On occasions when the House is busy, the continental breakfast is laid in the Breakfast Room. A 2 minute walk will take you into the centre of the Pangbourne Village, where you will find a variety of small shops and businesses. There are many pubs and restaurants in the village, all of which are only a 5 minute walk away, and who offer excellent cuisine and service, and we will be happy to recommend a particular restaurant to you, to suit your tastes and occasions. Our Breakfast Room operates from Monday - Friday, from 7am - 10:30am. Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 1 year stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 1 year stay free of charge for cots. All children under 12 years are charged GBP 10.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2. Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged. VAT and city/tourist taxes: 15 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable. City/tourist tax is not applicable. Internet: Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge. Wired internet is available in public areas and is free of charge. Meal Plan: Continental breakfast is included in the room rate. Parking: Free private parking is possible on site. Pets: Pets are not allowed. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival. Reception closes strictly at 10pm (Mon - Thurs inclusive), and at 7pm Fri - Sun. Check-in must be completed before Reception closes. Late arrivals will not be accommodated. By Car: From the M4, exit at junction 12, take the first exit of the motorway roundabout (if coming from London / Reading) the third exit if coming from the West and follow the signs for Theale / Pangbourne. Continue over the first roundabout and at the second take the third exit following signs for Pangbourne. Continue along this road for a couple of miles. As you arrive in Pangbourne Village continue straight ahead over a mini roundabout, passing a Bentley showroom on your right. Pass under the railway bridge and the entrance to Weir View will be on the left hand side (approximately 50 metres from the bridge). By Train: As you exit Pangbourne station, across the road and slightly to the right there is a wooden gate with a set of stairs leading down into the car park of Weir View House.
