La Chaumière is bookable with arrival on Monday and departure on Friday or with arrival on Friday and departure on Monday. During July and August 2005, the chalet is bookable for 2 nights. Division of the country cottage: 5 doubles, 2 triples and 2 quadruple, 1 room for 5 persons and 1 room for 6 persons. 1 seperate bathroom on the 2nd floor, 3 showers, 2 lavabos and 2 WC on the 1st floor and 1 showers, 1 lavabo and 1 WC on the 2nd floor. During July and August 2005, the chalet is bookable for 2 nights. In case of a cancellation by the customer, for some reason that it is, a prepayment will not be refunded. Any cancellation must be notified immediately and written (letter or fax). In case of cancellation in the 30 days before the date of arrival, the totality of the amount of the hiring will be charged. SA Durbuy Adventure reserves the right to cancel the reservation in the event of cause beyond control. In the event of non-observance of the terms of payment by the customer, SA Durbuy Adventure reserves the right to cancel the reservation and to preserve the prepayment by way of compensation. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
