Malibu Studios [Apartments]Malibou Studios are located in Faliraki, one of the most popular resorts in Rhodes, just 300 meters from the main square and 100 meters from the beach. Malibu Studios is a small family business. The owners will try their best to meet your expectations and make you feel at home. The studios enjoy easy access to public transport, restaurants, tourist shops and supermarkets. The sandy beaches of Faliraki are only a short walk away. Rhodes Town, with its magnificent Medieval Old Town, is a short ride from Malibou Studios. Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified later, the first night will be charged. In case of no-show, the first two nights will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 4 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room. Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged. VAT and city/tourist taxes: 9 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable. 0.5 % city/tourist tax per person per night is included.
