The hotel has a strict no noise and no party policy after 22:00 hours. The hotel allows a maximum of 2 extra guests per room between the hours of 08:00 hours and 22:00 hours. Any extra guests or after hours guests must have prior approval by the hotel management.

A valid credit card is required at check-in for a NZD$50 authorisation (refunded on check-out if there are no outstanding charges or damages). If a credit card is not available on arrival, then full room rate plus a NZD$500 cash bond is payable (refunded on check-out if there are no outstanding charges or damages) along with photo ID.
