Contemporary facilities include a flat-screen satellite TV and DVD player. The well equipped kitchen boasts a microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, washing machine, oven and hob. On-site amenities include a bar, an Indian restaurant and use of the tennis courts. There are shops, pubs and restaurants in picturesque St Merryn, which is 1 mile (1.6 km) from the villas. A GBP 100 deposit will be added to the total holiday cost payable at the time of balance. This will be cancelled/fully refunded after departure, subject to any deduction for breakages, loss and/or damage and/or if the unit is left in an unacceptable condition. If the booking is made within one calendar month of arrival, Bay Retreat will require full payment upon booking. Bay Retreat Villas does not accept payments made by American Express cards.
