Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 40 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 21 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
One child under 12 years is charged ZAR 50.00 per night and person when using existing bedding.
There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.

Deposit Policy: 50 percent of the total amount will be charged at least 30 days prior to arrival and is non-refundable.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: 14 % VAT is not included.
Service charge is included.
City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Internet: Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.

Meal Plan: Breakfast costs ZAR 50.00 per person.

Parking: Free private parking is possible on site.

Pets: Pets are not allowed.

The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.

Please note that reservations made within 30 days of the arrival date need to be confirmed via full payment within 48 hours of the reservation.

- Coming from Cape Town, follow the N1 in the direction of Beaufort West.
- Turn right at the 1st set of traffic lights.
- Continue straight ahead at the next set of traffic lights.
- You will see the guest house after 100 metres, on your right-hand side.
