Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
One child under 2 years is charged EUR 6.00 per night in a baby cot.
One child under 4 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.
One older child or adult is charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person in an extra bed.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Once you get to the French or Spanish border, go towards Andorra La Vella. Then go towards La Massana ??“ Ordino. Once you get to Ordino, head for the ski resort Arcalis. The hotel is in the village of Arans, 1,5 km from Ordino, on the same road.

Our aparthotel is located in a magnificent, natural setting. It is right by a number of walking routes, ideal for summer strolls or longer walks. It is also perfectly located for skiing in Vall Nord and for shopping in Andorra La Vella.
