In 1929 the house was sold and converted into two houses. From the south as you enter the town you will pass a marina on the left. Proceed uphill and through a set of traffic lights. You will pass a BP petrol station on your right and a Kwik Fit garage on your left. Take the next turning left into Charles Street. Proceed to the bottom and turn left at the sea.
