Built in 1861, the Newburgh has been updated without losing its historical charm. En suite rooms at the Newburgh each feature a TV with Freeview channels. Early wake-up calls and newspapers can be arranged.

By Car
- From the end of the M5 motorway, head onto the A380 and follow the signs to Torquay.
- Follow directions to the seafront.
- Pass an open space of grass and gardens on your left. At the traffic lights keep in the left lane.
- Turn left onto Belgave Road (The Belgrave Hotel will be on your right). Continue on Belgrave Road and you will see a large green hotel called The Cavendish.
- Turn immediately right after the Cavendish, onto Scarborough Road.
- The Newburgh Guesthouse is the 2nd property on your left, recently painted pale pink. Parking is unrestricted on Scarborough Road, and on the adjoining Croft Road too.
